project
summary

  • Only native speaker of target language with related background experience will be assigned.

  • The first draft translation will be reviewed by our internal editor or external editor if required by the client to check the target language against the source language. Areas of focus are accuracy, grammar, spelling and writing styles and inconsistency.

  • A final look will be done by our proofreader who will go through the whole document content to make sure that the target language requirements are met.

  • The PM will have a final review of the project to make sure all the requirements have been met with the client prior to submitting the files to clients.

  • The client’s feedback is crucial to us for continuous improvement and we take this seriously.

  • The PM will have to make a summary of the project consolidating the client’s feedbacks and updating the files and TMs for future projects.
